The foaling of our multiple Listed and Gr.3 winner NEAR ENGLAND on the evening of April 1 was just in time for the beginning of the month and no April Fool's joke at all. The NEAR GALANTE-daughter and winner of the 132nd German St. Leger produced her fifth offspring in our stables at home, a colt by Gestüt Schlenderhan's 2YO champion Alson whose first crop is eagerly awaited on the racecourses this year.
